Cancellation Policy

All appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled in that time frame, all fees will be applied to your account. To cancel or reschedule, please refer to your booking email and send an email to the office. IF you have an account, you can cancel within the app or online. The fee for late cancellations within 24 hours is $10.00, and for no-call, no-show non-rescheduled appointments is $110.00, regardless of whether you are seeing the Licensed Therapist or the Master Clinician.
