Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel or reschedule please refer to your booking email and send an email to the office. IF you have an account you can cancel within the app or online in your account. All appointments need to cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled in that time frame all fees will be applied to your account.
